1st International Conference on Truffle Research
The first International Conference on Truffle Research took place in Vic, Catalonia, from 9 to 12 March.
The aim of the Conference was to bring together most recent advances in truffle research from around the world.
The Conference offered scientists and businesses the opportunity to discuss various topics related to truffles, such as production chains, nutrition and gastronomy, truffle genomics, molecular biology, quality control and taste characterisation, as well as truffle commercialisation and consumption.
